Harlan has proudly served as a Kandiyohi County Commissioner for the past 26 years. Due to health concerns, Harlan has decided that this is his final term. Harlan and Julie have decided to sell some of their acreage and try to enjoy an easier life. The Madsen Family will still continue with their dairy operation, but Harlan says it’s time to walk once in a while instead of being on a full run. We want to thank the Madsen Family for their years of service to Kandiyohi County and the surrounding area.

Auction Terms: To attend auction and receive a bidding number, buyers must present auction company with certified funds of $30,000. These funds will be require as non-refundable earnest monies for each parcel at the signing of the purchase agreement immediately following the auction. Possession will be granted after the 2020 crop has been removed. Buyer’s premium will
